What is the difference between historical and real time reports?

You can switch between the types of reports compiled by the platform. Historical reports will show your meetings' data as it was at the moment they were last saved, while real time reports will show your meetings' data as it is the present.

The difference is given by the manageable assets used in your company: rooms, locations, user names etc.

For example, renaming a room will not apply to existing meetings, which means historical reports will show the room's name at the moment the meetings were last saved; this is covered by the real-time reports, which will show the current name of the room for all meetings booked there, regardless of how many times that name was changed.
