  • Past meetings don’t trigger invitation notifications

  • Company activation emails are sometimes blocked by email servers because it's the first time receiving a mail from @yarooms.com

  • Double check before creating a new location, the selected timezone cannot be changed afterwards

  • You can customize the schedule per location, by day of the week.

  • We recommend binding Public Access to users that aren’t Supervisors/Administrators

  • When creating compound rooms take note that compound rooms cannot contain other compound rooms

  • As a room owner, you will receive booking notifications for the meetings created in the rooms you own and have full control over them

  • As a resource owner, you will receive booking notifications for the meetings that use your resources, but take note that private meetings using your resources won’t send notifications containing meeting details, unless you are entitled to view those details through other means.

  • If you block days from the location’s schedule meetings from the past won’t be deleted for the selected week day, but only future ones.

  • Tablet Service Account is a special account used only for authentication from YArooms Door app - it's meant to be used for setting up the device, but also for managing meetings.

  • Please take note that guest attendees cannot log in to check-in to a meeting since they are not registered users. Use only YArooms registered credentials for this purpose.

  • Users that are pending registration need to be activated manually by an Administrator

  • You will receive invoices with VAT added to your plan's cost unless you provide proof that your company is a taxable entity in your country.

  • Your invoices can be found by navigating to Account -> Billing -> Invoices. Invoices are issued after 2pm UTC.
