Managing bookings as Administrator

Get a detailed overview of all bookings in your organization and manage them.

1. "All bookings" page

The “All bookings” section contains the list of all the user bookings (past and upcoming). It is accessible only to the Admin users, who can edit and cancel bookings on others’ behalf.

The booking list can be browsed using the following filters:

  • ID

  • User (name)

  • Location (building)

  • Type (desk, parking space)

  • Spaces (floor / space name)

  • Date (only future, tomorrow)

2. Editing and canceling behavior

Users with the Administrator or Supervisor status can edit and cancel bookings on behalf of someone else.

To edit the booking, go to Spaces > All bookings > Booking ID > Edit. You can change the day or the time interval of the booking, or the user who will use the space.

To cancel a booking, go to Spaces > All bookings > Booking ID > Cancel. To cancel multiple bookings, go to Spaces > All bookings. Then, select the bookings to be canceled and use “I want to cancel the select items” option.

3. Booking on behalf of someone else

Users with the Administrator or Supervisor status can make bookings on behalf of someone else.

Whether the booking is made using the map / timeline views, or “Find a space” option, the name of the actual user can be specified in the last step of the process, “Book for” field.
