Reports
All of your organization's aggregated booking information is available here for segmentation and CSV export.
There are two types of Reports which can be displayed depending on what you choose from Reports -> Filter data: Historical and Real Time:
The reports aggregate information from all of the meetings scheduled by the organization's users and allows for advanced filtering on that information. The available data can be exported to CSV files for further processing with programs like Microsoft Excel.
You can filter your meetings data by:
Date
Location
Room
Booker
Booker's Group
Title
Status (cancelled/ not cancelled)
Meeting Type
Invitee Email
Booked Resources
The selected columns and filters remain active even if the user navigates away from the page. When the user returns to the reports section, the filters will be pre-filled with the last selected value.
The listed meeting titles from reports are linked to the meetings' details screen.
This list of meetings also includes cancelled bookings, so you can extract cancellation reports. Also, meeting room financial reports can be extracted using this tool, as rooms and resources can be defined with cost and income to facilitate keeping track of the financial usage of the meeting rooms.

You can toggle these columns on/off to have full control about the data displayed in your reports.
When you are happy with your selection you can choose to export it to a .csv file, which can be easily manipulated with any spreadsheet software.
You can choose either to export all the data available during your selected parameters (all the columns), or you can proceed to export only the visible columns selected in the Columns tab.
Historical Reports
This is the default setting. The reports will contain the values existing at the time of the meetings' last save - any manageable assets changed after a meeting was last saved will not propagate in reports (rooms, locations, user names etc.)
Real time reports
This type of report will display only the current assets (rooms / locations / etc.) regardless of the initial parameters under which the meetings were saved.
